Heya,
I'm trying to give my old Sony Xperia phone to my friend. I have factory reset it and need to put my old account details into the phone to unlock it for him.
However i forgot my password so had to reset it.
I did this and i had the notification appear to wait 24 hours. This was 2 weeks ago. I check twice a day, turn the phone on and off, change Wifi, take out and put back in the old and new sim cards. Nothing helps.
Before this 2 week stint, i waited 5 days and eventually did another password reset in case it was bugged. which is what i am now 2 weeks into waiting for..
Something seems off... anyone know how to help me?
