Hi guys. Anyone on here have experience with using android video app? I have recently installed it on my XZ. Thing is, when I save my TV shows in 'My Downloads' onto my sd card so I can watch them offline, but when I sign out of app and sign back in again all my shows in 'my downloads have disappeared. Anyone else experienced the same? I have contacted Amazon customer services on two occasions, but have been told two different stories, so I'm not sure what to believe. One told me that happens because of security reasons and the other said as you de-registering from your device "your downloads" will disappear automatically..does that sound right?
