Z2, Lollipop update, awful, problems.

Hello,

I just updated to Lollipop 5.0 (finally), and now.. the phone is just awful and gives me a headache. It's laggy, it gets stuck, it's slow. I can't find my messages, and I can't even access messages. Can't send or receive, can suddenly get stuck and then get lost in the background (the background only shoves with the colours that change), and it turns off by itself, starts by itself, get message notifications randomly, gets so warm you could probably boil an egg on it.

To sum it up; it's catastrophic. I don't really know what to do, it's just sooooo annoying. Anyone, please help?

You can check if you tap on one of them and tap on the pencil to edit. You should see there phone contact or SIM.

I doesn't show me? Just their name, and "Microsoft Exchange".

Next to this I get the message that it is a "Phone contact", so probably most of them are on the phone.

How to change this? Cause when marking all, I can't do anything? Hm! Thanks for the help.

To export them to SIM,when you are in contacts app tap on settings (3 dots) and select export.

I get the error message that the SIM-card is full? What should I do?

Have you done the procedure before? It should overwrite though. If not, just try to export a .vcf file on internal or SD.

Yes, but on another phone. When I bought the Z2, I could switch everything over.

But anyways. I just wrote down the most important phonenumbers, and maybe they got back up anyway. But can you check if I back up the messages as well? I did that when I safety backed up everything on the Computer comapanion. Because I can't open messages to find them.

You should try to backup using myphone explorer.

Ok, thank you. But now, suddenly, everything seems to work normally.

I got a message which I sent from my brothers phone around 2-3 hours ago, and I can open messaging just fine (I'm using Go sms pro).

Should I just leave it like this? Because I don't see anything wrong as just now. Thanks ALOT for your effort and help, though. Really grateful.
