XPERIA XZ doesn't charge

Help me guys.. My XZ won't charge.. It charge if i take out the slot sim.. 😢

Hey @NANDYPASHTER, I'm very sorry to hear that.

If I understood you correctly, your device only charges when you don't have a SIM inserted, or do you mean that the whole SIM sled (holder) has to be dismounted? What happens if you insert an empty SIM sled, does it charge in that case?

Have you tried charging using different power sources, such as a computers USB port as well as different charges and USB cables? Does it make any difference if the device is turned off or on?

Let me know some more details and I'll gladly assist you further!

All you said is right.. If i mount the sim sled it won't charge... I have try 3 different USB and still same
