I have a 4 GB flash card, the phone began to lose the SD card after installing the cardbefore the factory was (which was included), what could be the problem?
Does the handset register that there is a card inserted at all? If so I would advise formatting the card : Main Menu > Settings > Storage > Unmount SD Card > Format SD Card
