xperia x10 in middle ease, support is needed badly!

I want this feedback to reach SE-Xperia X10 developer team.

I bought Xperia X10 from middle east and was surprised:smileyshocked: to find out that:

1- the phone doesn't support Arabic Language.

2- the phone doesn't have android market.

the phone is not selling well in the middle east because of these two big drawbacks.

I wish an update comes soon to solve these issues.

otherwise you are loosing a very promising market!

I wish my voice reach SE team Slightly_smiling_Face

Hello,

1. Correct, these phones do not support the Arabic language presently. I have no information if this will change in the future or not.

2. Check out this thread http://talk.sonyericsson.com/message/4393 to see more about the Android Market.

We have gotten quite a bit of feedback about this. Your voice is heard. Slightly_smiling_Face

Jeff, I felt a great reluctance with this reply:

"Correct, these phones do not support the Arabic language presently. I have no information if this will change in the future or not."

If you keep this strategy you will lose a hell of big market to other companies that respects ME and arabic language. This phone was supposed to gain you a very big benefits but instead you lost a lot because of the stupid software installed inside an awesome hardware. I mean you have a great opportunities to be number one mobile manufacturer only by x10 if it was managed well.

SE, i suggest you really consider a new way of dealing with people called "honestly and customer satisfaction".

excuse my poor english 😐

Thanks for your reply.

Just to give you a feed back on the situation, I tried to sell this phone few days after I purchased it to local stores and no one wants to buy it:smileysad:. The only few stores who were interested offered me around 40% of its original price:smileycry:. They say "there's no demand on this phone at all"!

I urge the developers team to issue an update that support arabic language soon.

I don't known If the other issue "Android Market" will ever be solved, but the language issue should be an easy "quick fix".

Regards,
