I need some help, I can NOT send pictures through SMS on an X10a Unbranded phone, but if I use a X10a Rogers unlocked it works, I’m on AT&T, both phones have the same APNs and all the settings I can check, any suggestions?

We can confirm that if you are unable to send media via SMS this means that the MMS settings are incorrect for your network operator. The settings within the handset will vary depending on which provider you are currently using in the handset. To resolve this, you would need to contact your current network operator and request they provide you with the correct settings you require. They will either send these automatically to the handset or talk you through a manual set up.
