xperia transfer issue - no texts

hoping someone can shed some light.

trying to transfer all data from iphone 5s to Xperia Z5. it runs through the entire process fine but doesnt copy and texts/whatsapp msgs. Anyone had same issue? any help would be great.

P:S ive tried it on both usb connection and wifi. same result, photos/videos/call logs etc all fine but no msgs!!

Hi,

Do you mean that you only have messages via WhatsApp? Or is it normal text messages?

One thing that you could try is to perform a backup (make sure that encryption is disabled while doing this) on your iPhone via iTunes and then use our program PC Companion to see if you are able to transfer your text message from the backup. You can find Xperia Transfer in PC Companion too.
