Xperia Neo V Update help.Please.

Can anyone please help in update problem with xperia neo v.Yes my SI no is in the list.I've tried with SUS but it gives "an unexpected error" and shuts down while checking for updates.Then I used PC Companion which gets stucks in "preparing computer for update".I've checked my firewall settings,there is no antivirus interference but still i cannot update.Searched the forum but still theres no actual help found.This is really getting frustrating its been like a week now.PLEASE HELP!!!And I also tried it in another computer..but same result.

Bootloader is relocked. And, as I said, I was able to get my last Gingerbread update via SEUS without problems (I have also checked my bootloader and it really is locked). It is just that ICS update which doesn't want to come.
