Xperia Mini Pro / Contacts sync via RoadSync... no go?

I have just received an update with the latest firmware for the Mini Pro. My RoadSync still does not sync my Outlook contacts to the phone...

Mail and Calendar works just fine... but when I try to reach my contacts I am just presented with the blue menu, asking me to add users manually or to sync with Google etc...

There are no more settings to set in the RoadSync application more than to checkmark the contacts - then they should "automagically" show up in the Android contact list, which does not happen...

This is really a very big issue, making the phone almost unusable, could someone assist to resolve this issue?

Hi Stefan,

In the Phone Book, press the "Option" button (the very left hardware button) and select "group to display". What is chosen here? I think it should be either "My Contacts" Or "Exchange Contacts". If none of the groups displays your contacts, try the following to see if the contact sync works at all:

whilst you are in the contacts menu, try adding a new contact: you should have the choice to "Complete action using" either Contacts or Create RoadSync contact.

Choose Road Sync Contact and create a new contact. Then see if this one is added to your Outlook Contacts?

Thanks, you led me in the right direction...

My contacts folder was empty in Outlook... I found all contacts placed in deleted items and recovered them.

Now they are synced over correctly to the phone again..

This makes me a bit concerned of course, since they must have been removed when I have fiddled with the RoadSync settings..

But hey, now it works... thanks a lot!

That is so helpful, thank you. I have been playing with the thing for hours just trying to get a list of contacts instead of seeing them one at a time - I know it must be possible!  Thank you soooo much.
