xperia j touch screen problem

When i brought my xperia j,it was running flawlessly in the first week.Then problem started to arise.Whenever i lock my phone and try to unlock it,the touch screen becomes unresponsive. please help....

Try these options may this help you...

• Restart

• Update

• Reset

Try Repair using Sony Update Service...

Still problem persists take your device to Sony service centre...

just remove the sim card the phone will restart on its own

and then the touch works again
