xperia ion LT28at is not working

my xperia lt28at does not work. red led glows when I connect it to a charger aur pc. after some time led go green, after that its again red...

someone help me please..

Let me know your software version .

Go to Settings > About Phone > Android Version & Build Number.

OK try this :-

switch off the phone and keep charging for 2 hours.

Remove from charger and wait 30 sec.

Now press and hold power button & volume up key.

Follow the menu at LCD screen to continue.

Hope this will fix it...

no sir its not working....

led glows red when I charge it, its become green after some time, when I connect it to pc same thing happen, first its led glow red, but after some time its turns green, pc companion is connected when led glows green, but when I try to repair it through PC companion its again become red and PC companion disconnected....

Use Original charger from Sony, many users are facing issues with third party charger...

Also try a clean repair for your phone via Sony Update Service...

I always use a original charger and assesories.

sony service is very bad in India, they not accept my mobile for repair ok..
