hey brother ive tried the same procedure many times first my xperia c hanged on sony ive connected my cell phone to pc via usb and also pc companion is running ive pressed power button with volume up key cell goes off instantly ive left those two buttons and i pressed volume down key, green led indicator apears but after that pc companion is still not recognizing my phone it just shows that device not recognized, did i do any mistake or whats next i should do plz help me bro

2. connect the device to the pc (with the sony logo showing)
3. Press Vol UP and Power Power together until the device turns off (it should in about 5-10 sec)
4. Immediately press vol down button since phone is going to automatically attempt boot.
5. There should be a green light now on the LED indiactor
what should happen next is that your PC will detect the phone in software update mode and start the update process. Be patient.
