XA Ultra Alarm Clock not working when the phone is powered off

i set up wake up alarm for morning 7am, and power off my phone to sleep.

in the morning it didn't wake up and phone and me.

any solution?

all android phones needs to be powered on to be able to use the alarm clock.

only some feature phones are capable of being turned off and use alarm clock..

I want to make sure that I understand your question correctly. Are you powering off your device completely or does this happen when the phone is in sleep mode, for example if you have pressed the ON/OFF button once so the screen goes dark?

If you just press the ON/OFF button once so the screen goes dark and the alarm doesn't ring, I would recommend that you try your phone in safe mode. Set an alarm as usual while in safe mode and see if it rings when the screen is turned off.

If you power off the device the alarm won't ring and just like @nolramlb wrote.

Hello. I've just encountered this problem recently as well (alarm not working if phone 'off' by pressing the power button once). I followed your instructions, Jonas, and it seems to have worked. I booted Safe Mode, set an alarm and it went off. I switched out of Safe Mode and tried the alarm, and it also works now. @Jonas
