Hi I was uploading in install new programe on my x10 mini when we had apower outage the phone is now stuck on language and will not move, can anyone out there please help??

Are you able to switch off the phone? If you are able to do it then try a software repair using SEUS. If that is not possible then take the phone to your dealer and get it replaced or repaired.

You could try a hardware reset by pressing the on/off button and the Home (middle) button to see if that reboots the phone for you.

If not as kannan suggested try running a repair/reset via Sony Ericsson Update service downloadable from the Support section of this website.
