I've had it for about a week and i tried to plug it in but it doesn't charge
doesn't charge when i put it in my laptop, or my computer either
Is it a battery problem?
The phone is fine, i didn't drop it or anything
just decides not to charge
There's something called an overload... But then again, my phone would have exploded by now. I would suggest you get it fixed asap.
i have the same problem, i sent mine to vodafone last week, i recieved a txt saying my phone is ready for collection, i was surprised when i collected it. It wasnt even fixed, they just took the photo of it attached to a letter saying that this is unrepairable, but they cannot go ahead repairing it because it is already outside warranty and not a manufacturers fault. i chose this phone because i thought it is a good phone but apparently not! i am too disapponted! no more sony next time!
Huh?.... How is it your device is already out of warranty? X10 is barely passed its 6th month....
If I were you I would go down and make a whole ruckus at the service counter and ask to speak with the manager. On top of that, insist on it being what it is, a manufacturers' fault. Demand, and I do mean demand, a promise to get the motherboard changed.
I was wondering how it could be outside its warranty period already. Unless they were saying that the fault was not in the manufacturing but was a result of being damaged by the user...?
That was my initial assumption, exactly.
