X10 and Square Reader

Square Reader does not seem to be available for my X10. Any suggestions as to how I can load htis from the adroid market place?

Android market cannot find Square Reader.

I have just google searched Square Reader and its come up with all sorts of things, as is its way!  What exactly does Square Reader do?

Yes, but when I try to get it from the android market an error is generated "There are no matches in Android Market" and this is when I use the link from my X10 phone.

x10 runs 1.6 Square Reader is designed for version 2 onwards so your x10 wont find it until we get updated to 2.1

When is version 2.1 scheduled for release in the U.S.?

The release is planned to start from the end of Octobe ( any time soon) but no idea when US or anywhere else will actually get it at the moment
