Looking for solution everywhere - XDA, etc no where to find solution for Unlocking:

Anyone hav solution to unlock allowed - YES & Root

You can't unlock the bootloader,  however if you want to root your phone

You can do it without unlocking the bootloader

Rooting ICS 4.0.4:

Success - Follow your guide

Downgrade to GB 2.3.4:

Success - Using Flashtool

Root - Too difficult to follow/a lot of broken link

Observation:

Prefer 2.3.4 smoother than ICS & will wait if any stable release on ICS.
