Wi-Fi causes reboot of Xperia Z (4.2.2) with AVM Fritz!Box

Short time after my Xperia Z connects via Wi-Fi to my FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN 7390 (FRITZ!OS 05.50) the device reboots. Sometimes it looks like a reboot loop. When I use a repeater (Fritz!Repeater) the device does only restart very rarely (might be other reasons?).

I updated to last FW-update build 10.3.A.0.423 to Android 4.2.2. Before that the reboot was not so often.

Even booting in safe mode (pressing Vol-Down while booting) does not help. The device reboots after a while.

Might be this connected to another problem I'm experiencing: LTE/4G does not work properly

the phone loses connection to operator (red x in operator symbol) many times a day even without moving the phone (you can check red bars in battery-usage-graph) or in different locations (home, work, city...). When I turn of LTE/4G there are no network problems any more.

Might be this is a problem of Telekom.

I'm not sure if this is a hardware or software problem.

Might be hardware related, if you already tried updating the software without any results. Send it in to a service center with a error description so the service center can reproduce the problems.

Upgrade of FRITZ!OS to 05.52 has no effect.

Following additional information:

When I come into range of the FRITZ!Box the Xperia reboots. It reboots even without having entered the passphrase.

There might be less reboots when I'm standing besides the router.

Currently all tests are made in 5 GHz band.
