why my phone cannot switch on??

my picture in memory become broken..as usual i always switched it off then on again but this time it cannot swithed on...why it happen??

my battery not get low and i also charge the phone..the yellow light was not be seen,but the red light was there...until now it can't be switch on..what should i do ??:smileysad:

how to running the update..??

my phone was not reconized when i use USB cable to the computer..my computer cannot detect the cable..

i'm using SE K610i..

i already try to update the service...but there was a problem when my computer still cannot detect the cable..

i unplug the cable and did all the instruction but it still doesnt work...the main problem is my cable cannot be detected...

so what should i do next...??
