A couple of days ago my vivaz's camera stoppped working. When I pressed the button it wouldn't turn on and consequently it wouldn't take pictures. Then I tried a software update in order to get it working again, this failed and since then my phone has not turned. I have tried turning it on numrous times, while connected to my charger and it still won't turn on. I have done more software updates but they have all failed as well. Until it is sorted out I can not use my phone!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!! 
Any advice or tips would be great
