w715 - wifi connection problem

Have recently got a new W715 and am trying to connect by Wi Fi.  When I put my access key in I don't seem to have an option to use upper case so have had to use lower.  It won't let me connect and don't know if this is the reason.  Does anyone know how I would get upper case please?

Your password is case sensitive so you should be able to change between upper and lower case by pressing on the * (star) button.
