W700i update problem

I am facing a problem to update my phone (W700i). Whenever I  installed  the 'Sony Ericsson Update Service v2.9.12.29' to update my  phone it's  automatically updating itself after installation to  v2.11.7.13.

In this newest version of Sony Ericsson  Update Service software my  phone is not included into it's phone list.  So I can't update my W700i.

Help please.
