W595 Problems

Hi Guys, Im hoping some of you could help me with a problem with my phone.

What happens is, when I receive a new message, it does not come up as a new event, and the button to open new events does not work.

I then, turn the phone off to try fix the problem and the phone will not turn back on then....

I hold the power button and it does the startup vibrate and the screen illuminates for a few seconds and then all goes dead.

I have tried with & without memory card and sim card and its the same.

I bought the phone in car phone warehouse, it has been sent away to get repaired twice, (Both same problems).

But this time they wont send it for repair, they instead told me to contact SE.

Can anyone help me??

You can try updating or re-installing the software using the SE update service on your PC.Failing that, you can try phone repair via PC suite and finally a master reset.If none of these fix your phone, then contact SE and remember that if your phone is still under warranty and they fail to repair it after 3 attempts (they have already tried twice),they will then replace it.
