w580i speaker problem

Hi all,

There's a problem with my w580i.my loudspeaker,at times,works fine but some times goes down on volume and finally produces no sound at all

earpiece works fine and the problem is with my loudspeaker only.heip needed

This is probably a hardware problem, but to eliminate any software issues that may be causing this, you could try updating or re-installing the software via PC using the SE update service, followed by a master reset if the update has no effect.

i did not update but tried a master reset.but it helped me to no avail.

               Is there a option for Hard Reset ?

Yes, "Reset all" is a hard reset as opposed to "Reset settings", which is a soft reset.You will get these options when you select Master reset.
