volume indication problem

After the new 4.3jb update,i can't find any volume indication on the screen.it's just showing a small black rectangular bar when ever we try to change the volume.any help plz

Don't use Downloaded Themes, this function seems have some bug.

apply any preinstall theme and restart phone, indication bar will back as normal
