Vivaz don't turning on!

i'm turning on the vivaz after a night in charging...it's turning on and stuck on the SE screen at the start....

i've tried everything and nothing halpfull what can i do????

Download a program called Sony Ericsson Update Service and update the phone which should fix your problem.

the installation is failed....

"maybe the battrey is low charged"

trying to charge the battrey and it's seems like it's don't chargining\=

if phone is fully charged u see a green led if not it is red.

yes i know but when i plug it to the charger it's turn red and the screen is turning on and stay on the white startup screen and after a few min it's goes black and not resp. when i disconnect the charge it's runing off and i'm thruning on the device it's again stay on the white screen a few sec and then turning off \=
