Update software Problem (6.1.1.B.1.54 )

I've a problem , when update software (6.1.B.0.544) to ( 6.1.1.B.1.54) . I occur warning box [ The phone contains modified software that cannot be update] . That is why ? I really understand . Plz support me .

Is your phone rooted?

Yes. My Phone is rooted .

Of course it cannot upgrade because the firmware is different and sony update service or pc companion does not recognise it.I do not know very much about rooting,but i would suggest repairing with Pc companion.
