Unread email on PC

Hello,

I have a problem with Hotmail.
I have my Hotmail account set up in the email app from Sony Xperia, and it works well.
But when using Hotmail on my PC, it says that I have unread mail, even though I have already read them on my phone.
Does anybody know a solution to this?

You should download the app, outlook.com from the playstore, keep in mind that this Email app its quite basic.
