I know its shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted but there is an app called Appbrain that you can download on your phone and also sign on with online on your PC. You then sync your phone with Appbrain and it keeps a list of your installed and purchased apps so you can reinstall them easily should you do a major update, have to do a factory reset or even when you change phone you can copy the list over to your new device and install them.
