I have gifted Xperia Tipo to my wife from flipkart on her birthday. From the begning it’s touch not functioning well. I am not able to slide the screens and type message or dial any phone number. I was done a factory reset and repair (Software) with PC companion. Is there any solution for this? Now I feel really embrasssed. this phone is having some manufacturing defect.
I have already visited service center several times and these people only update the software and giving it back.
