Hello!
I bought my phone on 02 august 2012 and i used it for almost one week without problems. After one week, the touch screen didn't work properly anymore. Now I have just received it from Service Center, (damaged and with with scratches, it's clear that they opened it) and they told me that: "This is an problematic phone so I have to buy something else because it can't be repaired" I love this phone and I want it so bad... I was a fan og Sony Ericsson products, my other phone G502 worked for 3.5 years and it's still working very good. I am really disappointed now but I hope that my problem can be solved. What should I do now? Thank you very much!
That is certainly an odd response from an authorised repair agent. I would advise contacting your local Xperia Care team regarding this matter.
