touch issue

i purchased this phone 2 to 3 days ago and sunddenly i am suffering with touch problems . its touch has become so rough that while swipe its hanging. please kindly guide me so that i can use it comfertably in future

Remove any 3rd party screen protectors from the display. 

If you don't have one, try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:
