To many "Unfortunately....stoped" error

Hi every one

I update my Xperia Sl recently and after 4 days I recieve to many Errors "Unfortunately...." and my phone dose not work,

I can not reset my phone and even PC companion dose not detect my phone,

my device become useless. please Tell me how it is possible to restore orginal OS,

the updates even when work make my device slow,

How to Format or reset to Orginal OS?

I tried several time to Reset app references and reset the phone after several try and Pushing POWER + VOL up with the phone off , the phone begin to reset it self and reset to a perfect stable condition but I lose my contact that fortunatly have back up,
