The radio on my W200a is not working, please help!

Hi! I'm trying to use the radio on my W200a, but it is not working, the channels that I had saved are gone and I cannot select any channel with the navigation key.  The handsfree does work well with the Walkman and phone calls.  How can I fix it?  Please help me, thanks!

Back up all your data using Sony Ericsson PC Suite and then update the phone using Sony Ericsson Update Service.
