The lock code is changed!!!(plz help)

hi.

I have a big problem with my lock code.

I install a security app for my phone.

and That say please restart your phone to use this app!

I restart the phone.

and the lock code page screen it shown.

i used the default lock code(12345)

but the lock code not accept.

i know the default lock code is 12345.

i dont know what i must to do.

pleaze help me for this problem.

and sorry for my bad ENGLISH!

Try 00000 or 11111.

Hey @hsnmaya I would like to inform you that the default lock code for our phones is "0000". Please try that and if that doesn't work for you, please reply back with your location so I can send you to your local support for further help on this matter.

i have the same problem. just done a software update. restarted phone. the defaults suggested don't work 0000 12345 111111 so I am stuck.

ps - there should be a warning on the software update to change all your phone lock codes back to default before updating your phone!
