My son cannot send texts and received ones have no content, any advice please
Based on the information supplied, I suggest performing a Master reset to resolve this issue,
Menu > Settings > General > Master Reset > Reset All (note: this will remove all data from the handset, but will not touch a SIM card or memory card).
