Synchronisation error

I can't sunchronise my K800i with my PC or Mac.  I get an error message: "Session failed. Invalid Server Response".  This only started to happen when I updated the phone.  I have used PC Suite to attempt synchronisdation and repair the phone; neither worked;indeed Phone Repair failed.  I installed the Update Service, and updated the phone and tried  again but nothing works.  Can you help please?

I suggest you try uninstalling and then re-installing PC suite and see if that works.

Dear Dr Chris,

Thank you foryour suggestion. However, after doing as  you said., the problem remains.  Have you any other ideas please?

You can try a Master reset and/or try using PC suite on a different PC.You can also try re-booting your PC with the phone connected in PC/Phone mode and switched on.
