Storage issue

My storage is full all the time I don't know how!!

@Ahmed_009 - If you check the "Storage" section of settings what does it say there.

Cant update my phone it always says storage full and i cant transfer some apps to my sd card.

@jayannn26 - In this case it would indicate that media data (pictures, music, videos) are what is taking up your storage so it would be worth moving this content over to the SD Card. You can do this via the "Transfer to SD Card" option in the Storage section of settings.

when i check it i see the same info as the 1st pic.

but when i used file commander analysis i got the 2nd one ..

for the record i only have apps, photos and some songs .... not much to fill my 11.6 GB storage

also when i backed up my phone it was about 7 GB

Check 

settings > storage > cache data > clear it
