Sound Problems

Hi....I'm having problems with my Sony Ericsson w595 walkman phone.  I can make and receive phone calls and the caller/receiver can hear me, but I cannot hear them, although I can if I click loud speaker.  Any ideas???

Update or re-install the software via PC with the SE update service.Failing that, try a master reset.

Hi.....I've done all that and the problem is still there....any further advice???

Have you tried phone repair via PC suite as well? Was the master reset, a soft (reset settings) or a hard (reset all) reset? If you've done all of what I just mentioned and the problem persists, then it's time to send it for repair.
