Please help.
My phone is currently 3 years plus old. I have not had any issue using it all these while until recently I noticed that it cannot detect my location when using Waze. It seems like my GPS is faulty. I'm sure that I set it to High Accuracy Mode. Sometimes, it is able to detect my location when using Waze, sometimes it doesn't. It is very frustrating.
And things got worse.. One day when using Waze, my phone suddenly shut down to black screen. When I switch it on, it shows the Sony logo then it goes back to black. Sometimes it manages to enter to the page where I need to log in my password code in order to log in. After keying in the code and trying to sweep, the phone turns black screen once again.
It is only normal when I'm charging the phone to a power supply (either main supply/computer USB). Otherwise, it keeps shutting down into black screen. There is no problem when charging. It shows orange LED light, not blinking. Everything looks really normal when it is charging. However, things only start to act weirdly when I unplug it from the power supply.
I have tried restarting by pressing power button and volume up/down. I also tried the small button beside SIM card. All these are tried when phone is not plugged to power supply. None works.
In short, it only works now when I'm charging to a power supply. Can you please tell me what is wrong with my phone???????????? Please do reply me sooooooooooooon.
