sony xperia z3 warping

I did a contract thru optus I selected the experia z3 I had it 3 months then it warped and screen shattered I claimed it on insurance $50 later and they gave me another brand new z3 now has been another 3 months and has warped and screen not working I searched the modle and 5 cases of warping straight away im wondering what sony are going to do about this
