Hi, I hope someone can help before I end up paying for a repair. I need the photos off my phone from a trip me and my family went on and also to get my phone working.
I dropped my phone a fair distance and I can no longer charge or turn on my phone. There is no LED showing when I plug in my charger so it looks like my phone is dead. I have tried holding the power button and the + button and also tried holding the power button and the - button, no luck. It wont connect to the PC as there is no power in the phone so the sony PC companion app wont even work. Any ideas will be grateful

I'm sorry to hear that. 
From what you have described I'm afraid that it sounds like your phone is in need of service so you should get it sent to an authorised service center for further examination.
Contact you Local support team for more information on how to proceed if need be.
thank you, i have claimed for a repair and will send shortly. I did send it to a local repair shop as i thought it was a simple battery problem and they couldnt fix it. will this void my warrenty? also, i need photos from my phone from a trip with my family, will these now be lost?
