Hi Team,
This is regarding my complaint number W117XXXXXXXXX. (personal info) I have submitted my XA1 mobile month before but there is no update from SONY yet. When visted the SONY Service center they said the part is ordered from Sweden and it will take 10 days more.
I also had word with Maden from the customer care desk, he said he will escalate the issue to higher management. See, I already waited for 1 month. Sony is big brand I can't wait for 10 days more. I am using SONY phones from last 6 years and its really bad experience with XA1.
Help me to get the replacement as soon as possible, there is no Standby phone given to me from service center.
