Sony J - walkman problem

it is my 2nd day using sony j, i found that, when i am using walkman, the song played for about 30 seconds and then it skipped to next song.

how can i overcome this ? can i just simply use the warranty to get new sony j ?

The first thing to do is copy the content off the memory card to a PC, format the card in the phone then transfer the content back. You may have a corrupt system file in your memory card.
