SONY Experia E4 phone does not restart/boot after re-starting. Phone is dead after re-start

Hi,

I bought Sony experia phone E4 black last year Oct.

Phone started showing program after 4 months. Phone become dead after re-starting.

I sent phone for repair 2 times already. Problem occured 3rd time again.

I am thinking to take legal action now and also want to expose Sony experia in other forums.
