Sony ericson k850i doesnt start need help.

I have sony ericson k850i its not starting. when i press start button its keypad iluminates and nothing else.

When connected with PC its says the phone is in Mass storage media.

The PC suite can not acces the phone.

I tried the repair tool in the Sony Ericson PC Suite but it didn't work.

Need some help please.

Unless you can restart it after removing the battery for a few minutes, you need to contact SE.

i experienced the same problem about 2 months ago.. i brought it to SE service center,,, than they told me that the display is broken and i need to pay $60 to replace its LCD. but i refuse and willing to bring it back.. i met the repairer. he told me that he had reinstalling its software but nothing changes,,still my phone can not start... then i bring it home and try to start my phone... what a miracle hahaha my phone starts and works like a charm :smileygrin:. i dunno exactly whats the problem,, but weeks before i reinstall its software by myself using SE update service from my lappy.. could it be software problem? just try it, reinstall your software again :smileywink:,,, or maybe your phone need to rest for a while :smileygrin:

I Get this one, over and over. It costs £19.99 to fix it. It's a simple software isue. You will not be able to do it yourself, as the phone crashes to early on in the boot. Contact SE or try k850i fix on Ebay.
