I have a Sony Xperia Z2, and I want to use the 'My Xperia' function (so I can find and lock my phone when I lose it).
For this, I have to sign in with my Sony Entertainment Network account on my Xperia Z2.
I don't have this account yet, so I am trying to register as a new user. Crazy enough, I get the message that my emailaddress has already been registered. This is actually impossible, because this is my first time using this service. So I'm trying to recover the password just to be sure. I receive an email with a link to recover the password. After clicking on this link, I have to fill in my date of birth for safety reasons. I tried to fill in my own date of birth, but ofcourse my own date of birth is wrong because I have never ever used this service before. I find this really strange.
I don't want to register with another emailaddress for a Sony Entertainment Network account because this is my only emailaddress I have, and I use it for everything. What can I do to use my own emailaddress??
Unfortunately would need to contact support for Sony Entertainment directly sorry, your local Xperia Care team should be able to assist with this or at least point you in the right direction.
