Some apps like, twitter, fb messenger, true caller etc keep on restarting even if I don't want them to.Can anybody help me out?
do you mean restart while you are using them? or restart after pressing home key or back key?
try to clear data app
settings>app>facebook>clear data
do the same with the other apps
restart your device

Sorry to reply late.
Restart meaning: I force stop it and the next thing you know after a while, they are running again.
Three apps specifically, FB Messenger, TrueCaller & Twitter.
