Sms cutted

Hello. Each time I switch off my phone or put it in "plane", the messages that I receive are completely cutted. It means that for exemple if someone sends me a message, I will receive it in 3 times and some words will be mixed but others will be there with no reason to be there. I hope your understand

I'm sorry to hear about that.

Does this happen with text messages that is sent to your phone while it's turned off or in airplane mode? Or does it happen with text messages that you received prior to turning the phone off / enabling airplane mode?

If it happens with messages that you receive during airplane mode or that the phone is turned off, I would recommended that you try with a different SIM card in your phone, if you can borrow one from a colleague, family member of friend for a few minutes.

Turn the phone off / put it in airplane mode > ask someone to send you a text message > turn the phone on again.
